Informed Consent and Conditions
In submitting this registration, I take full responsibility for any possible injuries or accidents that may occur to me throughout the duration of Easter Camp 2025. I understand that every attempt will be made by the attending first aiders/nurses to contact my parent/guardian in every way possible should treatment be required.
I consent to being photographed or filmed (during conference sessions / mealtimes / outdoor hangs only) for any possible display in Celebration Church publications or advertising.
Registration cancellations or transfers may be able to be arranged by contacting the Celebration Office no later than 7 days prior to the event. From time to time, there may be need for special consideration of your circumstances in regards to the refund policy. If this is the case, please contact our office on 03-373-8032, or email 412@celebrationcentre.com.
In attending Easter Camp 2025, I agree to comply with the springbank campsite guidelines. (Further details included in the confirmation email).
