In submitting this registration, I take full responsibility for any possible injuries or accidents that may occur to me throughout the duration of Easter Camp 2026. I understand that every attempt will be made by the attending first aiders/nurses to contact my parent/guardian/family in every way possible should treatment be required.

I consent to being photographed or filmed (during conference sessions / mealtimes / outdoor hangs only) for any possible display in Celebration Church publications or advertising.

In attending Easter Camp 2026, I agree to comply with the springbank campsite guidelines. (Further details included in the confirmation email).
